("DDC" or the "Company")
Director's Dealings
The board of DDC announces that on 25th July 2007, Munxay Limited ("Munxay"),
disposed of 4,415,986 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of
113 pence per share. The shares were sold to Munxay's parent undertaking, Marba
Investments Sarl ("Marba"). Munxay and Marba are companies in which Peter Klimt,
a non-executive director of the Company, and persons connected with him, are
indirectly interested in as shareholders.
Following this transaction Mr Klimt's total holding in DDC remains unchanged at
6,366,862 ordinary shares and 7,658,119 CFDs representing 6.13% of the issued
share capital of the Company.
