("DDC" or the "Company")
Director's Dealings
The board of DDC announces that on 27th July 2007, Marba Investments Sarl
("Marba"), disposed of 4,415,986 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a
price of 113p per share in the market.
DDC further announces that on 27th July 2007, Starlight Investments Limited
("Starlight") purchased 4,415,986 contracts for difference ("CFDs") over
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at an average price of 113p per share.
Starlight and Marba are companies in which Peter Klimt, a non-executive director
of the Company, and persons connected with him, are interested in as
shareholders.
Following this transaction Mr Klimt is interested in 3,514,029 ordinary shares
of 1p each in the Company and 12,074,105 CFDs over ordinary shares of 1p each in
the Company, and his total interest in the Company remains unchanged,
representing an equivalent of 6.80% of the issued share capital of the Company.
