The Company is pleased to announce the appointment to the board of Guy Naggar to
act as Alternate Director to Peter Klimt, a Non-Executive Director of the
Company.
In accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules, the following information is
provided:

Mr. Naggar is currently a Director of 411 companies including Amberly Group PLC,
Dawnay Shore Hotels PLC and Paramount PLC.
Past Directorships, previous 5 years:
Mr. Naggar has been a Director of 60 companies.
Mr Naggar was a Director of Dawnay, Day Securities Limited ("DDS"), which was
placed into joint administrative receivership in July 1997 when its business was
sold. He ceased to be a director in March 1998. DDS was subsequently put into
Members Voluntary Liquidation; all creditors were paid out and the shareholders
received dividends from the liquidation.
Newletter Limited ("NL"), a company of which Mr Naggar was a Director, was
placed into Administrative Receivership in June 1997. NL was dissolved in June
2000 after all creditors were paid out and dividends received from the
liquidation.
Save for the above, no further disclosures are required under Schedule 2,
paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
